Role Description:

Support Benefit Global Process Owner and Regional Process Owners to validate and approve deliverables, configure solutions, develop test scenarios, drive issue resolution and ensure work stream progress.

Position Scope:

All aspects of Global Benefits Operation. Regional coordinators support Regional Process Owners and country SME’s in all benefit process areas across region. Liaise with Outsourcer 3rd party team and client process owners in coordination of activities required to fulfill client’s obligation in the Global HR implementation. Work with third party vendors as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  1. Assists Global Process Owner to complete deliverables (including managing timelines, assisting in issues resolution, facilitating open communication between client and Outsourcer teams)
  2. Works with Regional Process Owners to validate and approve processes specification, process design, test script creation, testing execution, issues resolution
  3. Part of Wave A with a view of supporting Wave B deployments downstream
  4. Verifies that programs function according to conversion mapping documents
