We are pleased to announce that AstrumInfosys is appointed by SAP to be their Education Partner. Astrum will have SAP course series designed for the specific needs of the Malaysia Business Industry. These training courses are designed to both enhance the interaction between our Participants and Trainer to improve the knowledge transfer and retention. 

Astrum is equipped with Certified and Experienced Instructors carefully selected to ensure delivery of high quality training. Course topics are combined with real-world practical knowledge that can teach you solve real problems.

Training rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment with laptops connected on high speed network to a fully licensed server.

Sessions will be completed in three hours and will consist of 80% dynamic presentation, demonstration and lectures. The remaining 20% will be exercises and "Questions and Answers".

Course Fees

The fees published in the course schedule are fees per person. They include the cost of a complete set of training documentation. These fees do not include tax. Tax will be added where applicable. In the case of an incorrect fee due to a printing error, the correct fee will prevail. Kindly note that private individuals are charged a different fee in some countries. Course fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Mode of Payment

Bank cheques/drafts Telegraphic transfers.

All Courses

Full payment must be made upon course confirmation. Kindly make reference to participant name and reference number reflected as shown in the confirmation note.

Cancellation Policy

If a participant is unable to attend a course and wish to cancel the registration, he/she is required to inform AstrumInfosys in writing within the stipulated time frame. Kindly provide participant name, company, course and location. Insist on an acknowledgement to avoid cancellation charges. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions stated below.

Important:

If a course is withdrawn from the schedule, no claims for compensation will be accepted other than the refund of the course fee.
IF FOR ANY REASON, A CLASS IS CANCELLED, THE PARTICIPANT'S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE COURSE FEES PAID. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. SAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ITS TRAINING MATERIALS NOR SHALL SAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ITS TRAINING MATERIALS OR OTHER INFORMATION CONVEYED AT AN SAP COURSE.

Request for Course

Participants can submit a request for courses which are not in the course schedule. All requests will be collated and participants will be notified of the course status.

Customisation of courses will be possible based on SAP standard training materials. Customisation needs 6-8 weeks lead time and will take into account the minimum number of required participants and availability of resources.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Course Prerequisites

SAP Education is designed to increase the depth of knowledge for all courses. Most Level 3 courses require Level 2 courses as a prerequisite.
Participants are requested to read the curriculum path carefully to ensure that they have the necessary prerequisites to attend a course. Failure to do so can cause inconvenience to the class and the participant may be requested to leave the course with no refund accorded. SAP Education instructor is not obligated to conduct a separate session for a participant who does not possess the required prerequisites.

Sharing of PCs

It is SAP's global policy that participants may need to share a PC (2 persons to 1 PC) whilst attending some courses. It is a good way of promoting interaction which enhances the learning process.

A wait list will be put up for registrations when a class is full. Wait lists are used as the basis for increasing the number of classes.
